Post-conviction fees should not trap people in cycles of debt

Post-conviction monitoring fees of up to $300/month collected only $200K of $700K assessed, while preventing formerly incarcerated people from securing housing and employment. A bill addressing the issue passed the Oklahoma House unanimously.
